RETURNS POLICY

For information on returns and exchanges, please visit the Returns page of the website.

1. I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do?

  • If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns section for more information.
2. How do I return a product?
  • Please send your garment, unused in its original packaging, along with a note detailing your name, order number and return/refund requirements to our business address (address can be found on our Returns Page).
3. I want to return a product, but I don’t have the original packaging?
  • You can always send the products back to No Rep Gear in another package but please pack securely and follow the instructions in the Returns section of the website.
4. How do I exchange a product?
  • Please send your garment, unused in its original packaging, along with a note detailing your name, order number and exchange requirements to our business address (address can be found on our Returns Page).
  • If we do not have the required garment/size/colour in stock a refund will be issued.

OUT OF STOCK

1. When are products coming back into stock?
  • If an item is out of stock then please get in touch with us to see when it will come back into stock as this can vary between products. Some of our products are limited edition and manufactured based on demand so once sold, they will not return. 

2. I’d like to order a product, but it does not allow me to put it in the basket?

  • If it is not possible to select an item this means that it is not available and is likely a stocking inaccuracy or website error. We apologise if this happens.

PRICING AND CURRENCY

1. Do your prices include tax?
  • All Checkout Prices include UK sales taxes and duties; there are no additional fees to pay.
  • For international purchases, all other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These will be your responsibility.

2. When will I be charged for my order?

  • You’ll be charged for your order at the checkout once all the necessary details have been completed. You will have the option to review your order in full before completing the transaction.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long does the delivery take?
  • Once your order is placed, we look to distribute from our warehouse as soon as we can. Usually this will take 5 working days to arrive from dispatch.
  • Please note that shipping may take longer depending on where you are based. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • Every order placed is tracked. Tracking details will be available to you in the confirmation email so you can stay up-to-date with the progress of your order.
2. How much will shipping cost?
  • All items are subject to a nominal shipping cost.
  • All orders ship directly from our fulfillment facility in the UK. A summary of our shipping options can be found on our Shipping page.

Please Note - we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU or within the United States then import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority and paid for by you.

SIZING

All of the sizes are stated on the individual product pages noting either the chest, waist and/or UK sizing for the women's fit garments.

DISCOUNTS

Only 1 discount code can be used per order at checkout. 

We offer a 10% Blue Lights and Defense discount. To obtain the discount, please contact us by visiting our 'contact us page' for further information. Please note we will request evidence of a valid discount card.
