I ordered this product a few weeks ago. but I did not receive it due to an error packing my order, it seems they replaced it with another patch, I only realised it wasn't the correct one when my son opened this as part of a birthday gift, he liked the patch sent in error though, I must say that the guys at No Rep Gear were straight on it after my initial product review. Sorted out a refund, really apologetic for the error on their part, can't fault that for great customer service and communication. I will definitely order again from them. The patches we had delivered were all very high quality and my son really likes them and they look great on his NRG Backpack.
